Service


Service is at the fore-front of the company, having supported each of the Weidmuller PrintJet’s since 2002 – we know a little about Weidmuller Printers.

To support you, we have stock of Loan Systems, so if you have a breakdown, we can get you back up and running in no time - Not only that, as we offer an in-house custom print service, we can print the markers you’re really desperate for and ship them to you for next day, getting your product out of the door even faster.

We can offer Technical Support via Phone or Remote Desktop Connection.

 

Customer Service


We strive to offer the best customer service possible and aim to respond to your enquiries as quickly as possible. We are a small team though, so, if you’ve in a rush, please feel free to give a us call.

 

Investing In Our Future


We’re continuously investing, in order to improve. 

Over the past few years, we’ve invest tens of thousands in software to help bring you the best service. Our main software package now handles everything from Warehouse Management & Marketing to CRM and our online Trade-Portal.

We have a digitalised the Pick and Packing department - no more paper picking lists. Once you’ve placed an order, this is automatically sent to our hand-held android scanner, once the order is picked, the delivery note and courier label prints automatically so we dispatch more orders, more quickly.

The new website and has live stock information and the Trade-Portal gives account customers the benefit of ordering at agreed discount levels, updating delivery addresses, downloading copy invoices, csv order import and quick re-order, all while

We’ve also invest in mobile racking, meaning we hold more stock in less space, so we’ve space to expand!


Environment & Sustainability


Based in Wales, we have to recycle everything we possibly can.

We re-use as much packaging as possible, to reduce waste and rarely have to purchase any packaging materials and have invest in a cardboard shredding machine, so any boxes that we’re unable to re-use get shred to re-use as void-fill in our packing dept.

All lights within the business are all low-energy LED and we’ve also invested in energy efficient Aircon Heating/Cooling – all to reduce our energy consumption.

We’ve previously applied for a local Decarbonization Grant but weren’t eligible because we were below the threshold.

We’ve considered changing the company van to an electric van but because we cover the whole of the UK and often have to do journeys that wouldn’t currently be doable in EV.
